I went down to the sea today The lonely sea and the sky And all I need is a rowing boat And some oars to row me away They rowed away in a sieve, they did The Jumblies rowed away and hid On the wrinkled leathery sea so grey Enormous waves carried them away Never again did they see the Dong Pursuing them stupidly all day long Irksomely, annoyingly, persistently wrong And now on the sea bed they lay.
